Sticky Nav Menu
I randomly created a little “featured” bar for the bottom of this blog, and have received a surprisingly large number of emails inquiring about how to mimic its functionality. So, I decided to wrap it up into a neat little package, and sell it for $3 on CodeCanyon.
What is It
If you’ve ever seen those neat little bars that stick to the bottom of a website – like the one at Envato.com – this mimics that functionality.
Sticky Nav Menu is a super helpful script and navigation menu that has support for:
- Sub-menus
- Color fading
- Always locked to the bottom of the window – even when the user scrolls!
- Utilizes cookies to remember if a visitor to your website has chosen to hide the bar. This way, it won’t pop up every time they visit a new page within your site!

Hi Jeffrey, I have a question & thought commenting on this post [as this is the latest with 0 comments] might be the least distracting method to ask you something, specially when its festive/family time of the year
So do you know any nice looking WYSIWYG HTML editor for Windows? Free will be great, or i can buy if its really a good one, but the interface has to be easy & nice looking most importantly.
You see i code everything related to websites/clients in Notepad++, but i keep some of my personal offline documents in html format, lets say list of user accounts/passwords, list of websites i manage, their details, current projects, invoices etc etc.
So to be able to edit them in a nice interface will be godsent. I searched a lot but nothing that matches the simplicity & elegance that softwares for mac platform provide. If you know any

Hey Jeff,
On the live “feature bar” you have in this site, I noticed that when I hover over Twitter and the menu pops out, that it hides behind the flash player.
